Nuestra metodología que llamamos AIKI TRAINING, tiene más de 11 años de desarrollo. Desde el año 1999 venimos experimentando la dinámica de Aiki Training en diferentes entornos de aprendizajes organizacionales y de formación de competencias en coaching, con más de 5.500 hs de actividades dictadas contabilizadas. La metodología de AIKI TRAINING la entendemos como un proceso de aprendizaje de distinciones, reflexiones y prácticas para seres humanos en relaciones sociales.
